Thanks to years of experience, FAI ensures strict compliance with the highest safety standards in the transportation of highly infectious patients. To prevent the spread of highly contagious diseases during patient transport and protect the immediate surroundings of the patient, modern Portable Medical Isolation Units (PMIUs) such as the EpiShuttle and IsoArk are utilized.
These advanced systems create a negative pressure environment and filter the exhausted air, thereby preventing the release of pathogens to the outside. An automatic ventilation system continuously supplies the patient with fresh air. Various ports enable medical personnel to perform all necessary measures for optimal treatment seamlessly.
