FAI Air Ambulance is one of the leading providers of worldwide air ambulance services, setting the highest standards in medical air transport. Our highly experienced medical teams – consisting of specialized physicians, paramedics, and intensive care personnel – are dedicated to ensure patients receive the best possible medical care during transport.

To uphold this commitment to quality, FAI adheres to the stringent guidelines of EURAMI accreditation.

What does EURAMI Accreditation mean?

Accreditation by the European Aeromedical Institute confirms that FAI Air Ambulance Services meet the highest standards in:

Medical management
Personnel qualifications
Equipment and aircraft configuration
Operational procedures and communication
Quality management

These standards are based on EU requirements, such as the EN 13718-2 norm, as well as internationally recognized guidelines and the expertise of leading European air ambulance providers.

As an independent organization, EURAMI evaluates and certifies medical transport providers worldwide based on industry-established criteria. The accreditation is a seal of approval for the highest quality and patient safety.

Since its initial accreditation in 2007, FAI Air Ambulance has been consistently setting benchmarks in air medical services. In December 2022, FAI successfully passed the rigorous EURAMI re-accreditation audit for the fifth time—an impressive testament to the outstanding quality of our air ambulance setup, which ranks among the best in the world.

In December 2023, FAI´s Dubai Branch successfully completed the EURAMI accreditation audit in the field of Commercial Airline Medical Escort for the first time—a significant milestone that underscores our commitment to the highest standards and exceptional patient care.
